  • You retain ownership of data you input into the system but grant us a license to use it to provide the Service.

  • You may terminate your account by contacting us, but no refunds will be provided for prepaid fees.

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zambia.

  • Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiations, or if necessary, through binding arbitration in Lusaka, Zambia.
